Task so good in miso soup

This stuff expanded way more than I expected from the size of the crumbles. You get nice size leaves once it is hydrated.

Wakame dried seaweed i enjoy to eat in my dinner meals, since it has iodine and instead of using salt I prefer wakame dried seaweed, for flavor and just to simply not use salt.

This item looks really good in the jar and I used it once. It was good in the miso soup. However, before using I did not see a little warning on the bottle that said it may contain arsenic and some other chemicals. It was made in China. I didn’t want to risk using it again and get sick as my husband and I are in our late 70’s. I threw out jar.
