This player is great. The parental controls are a very nice addition. I am able to control what apps are allowed on the player and also able to prevent resetting the device without my parental pin that I decide. Instructions are easy to understand. Bluetooth is able to connect to any devices smoothly. Download speed is average in my opinion. And the sound quality of the built in speaker is adequate. It gets loud enough. Earbuds or Bluetooth speaker is the best way.

I researched for hours on finding something for my 6 and 9 year old that wanted music players for christmas. I want them to grow up listening as I did (with a tape player, then cd player). My 6 year old has one already, but I preferred something with spotify since he likes music that I do not and they can both find their own taste (as I did by 2nd grade - Korn haha). I didn't want to overspend or underspend and this player was a good price I thought, especially since I can slap all 3,000 of my songs onto my 9 year olds, since he likes my music. These little suckers are fast, I deleted all the crud apps and just left pandora/spotify/music. I made their own spotify accounts using their apple id's (family sharing), and created some playlists. They are hefty little things and are basically a mini amazon fire tablet. My only thing is the app that controls the music you upload, I can't seem to get it to sort artist/album/songs - I am a straight old school ipod user and who doesn't want to sort stuff like this. I am sure I can figure it out, for now, they will have their own will to explore what they like!

I received this item on December 3, 2025. I wanted a player that I could listen to my audible books and music on. The screen size is adequate, bigger than all the other cheap mp3 players I have bought in the past. The touch screen was small but usable. Trying to set up this player was a nightmare for me(I am not tech savvy), I had to watch a great many how to videos because the instruction manual made very little sense. The volume of the radio and Pandora apps was very even. I have had a lot of trouble loading my music on the music player. The time display on the music player could not be set to a 12 hr. clock despite setting to a 12 hr. clock on the main mp3 player. The sound between songs would vary from barley being audible to blasting in your ear when going from song to song. I have yet to find an aux cord that does not cause a great amount of feedback when I plug my headphones in to listen. Very annoying. Most of the Apps are in need of updates, but because it is missing the Google Play App Services, or comparable other services, I can't update Audible. So there is now no way to listen to my Audible books on this player. Very aggravating. I would send this product back but it has been to long. This is not a good product. The product tech is not new and can not be updated easily. Please do not buy. I am not impressed.

This is the third MP3 player I have got for my kids. I wanted something that was iTunes compatible. This is the only thing that I could find that has the iTunes app. It has a lot of great features. However it says it’s easy and has parental controls yet I find there was no way for me to block the Internet or add a profile like setting as you would for Amazon fire for kids. It’s just too easy for them to get in and change and find anything they can get on the Internet if you have Wi-Fi connected and like I said I wanted something iTunes compatible. I wanted a simple MP3 player and it was either this or other MP3 players. That took way too much time to rename and convert files and move them around to different files to add them to overall the simplicity for what I was looking for is great. It feels about the same weight as my iPhone 16. I am a little worried about the touchscreen and just overall it feeling almost like a phone as my kids are almost careless with everything, but it was get them their own MP3 players or keep downloading their songs and music to my phone and having to play their music 24 seven and I love my TWINS lol but I can only take so much music that an eight-year-old girl wants to listen too I definitely have to go through and do some more reviewing and reading on the MP3 player and how to manage the settings but overall definitely more up to my speed. Just wish there was more easier and better parental controls. Otherwise definitely great quality for the money all touchscreen buttons other than the side buttons for the volume and power, which are just like your phone and the sound quality is just as good as my iPhone Bluetooth compatible just overall great but could have a few few tweaks so I give it four stars

Have had one for a year for one kid, and just recently got another for my other kid. Uninstalled the browser and social media apps, but they can listen to music and audiobooks (streaming, using family subscription plans). Great parental controls. Good quality sound. Perfect for what we were looking for!

Works great, got a case to go with it. Love the preloaded apps. Can even use the internet.

I got this for my son for christmas. So far he's loved it. I have liked the parental controls and that I can delete apps.

Il prodotto si è presentato sin da subito di una lentezza esasperante. Spesso le APP Amazon Music e Spotify si bloccavano e per farle ripartire dovevo chiuderle e riavviarle. Inoltre quando lo collegavo al caricabatterie non partiva la ricarica oppure partiva dopo qualche minuto di collegamento. Alla fine non ha più caricato il sistema operativo (restava bloccato alla schermata di avvio) e per spegnerlo dovevo premere il tasto di reset. Restituito al mittente Non proprio un bel regalo di natale
