I usually go for long walks and having these soles now is such a relief. They are soft and they do support as well. I will definitely recommend if you are person how walk a lot or work in a warehouse and need some sole which has bounce in them. They are durable as well.

Comfortable insoles, really helped with my plantar fasciitis. Perfect fit for my shoes, there always no need to adjust the sizing for mine. Didn’t slip, but after a while they gradually lost their bounce.

Insole broke in my work boots so looked at something temporary before replacing and found this. Was easy to cut to size and fitted perfectly. The foam is comfy and made wearing boots much easier to the point i have not replaced the boots as this has made them wearable again. Absolute bargain considering was only supposed to be a temporary fix

I suffer with bunions and often have painful feet when I'm walking, even for a short period of time. These insoles are perfect! Honestly feels like walking on a cloud. The arch support is great and takes the pressure off my bunions. The deep heel cup provides soft impact when wearing them. They were a perfect fit for my shoes as well, they are quite thick so would say they fit better in shoes with a bit more room in them. Would recommend to anyone that suffers with foot and lower leg pain. I've bought my second pair already!

Great better than memory foam, as they are actually latex.Wouldn't fit a size 7, fit my size 6 trainer no trimming
