Brasher Brown Men's Country Master Walking Boots

Great pair of boots, I'm definitely one for buying a pair and wearing them to death which usually takes about 6 months. These are very sturdy and very comfortable and I definitely think they will stand the test of time. Very good value for money.Edit: Just before December they started to fall apart, the midsole has a case of Dry Rot and essentially they became unusable. Sent them back to the seller for replacement, so much for being hard wearing!! very comfortable when they lasted but just not up to the job. Reading up on Brasher, they have outsourced production now and while the older boots are very good, the new generation are lacking

Well-made/solid boot with plenty of padding around the ankle and instep to ensure a comfortable experience from the first walk - initially couldn’t fault, 5 star.UPDATE: 12 months - one star for remaining comfort.One boot has started to leak - cushioning between the sole and upper has deteriorated and started to fall apart. This is very disappointing as I have only worn the boots (5/6 months) over the winter of 18/19, they were regularly polished/waxed and were not worn over the summer - I have a lightweight pair of boots that I have had for over 3 years and they don't leak.I returned the boots to Millets and they sent them back stating there was no fault with the boots, just "normal wear and tear", which I disagree with. I have an old pair of Brasher boots that are over 15 years old that I outgrown that my youngest son still wears, and they have not fallen apart and don't leak!Some of the other reviewers have stated that the newer boots are now made in good old China, but I can only say the materials used are not fit for purpose. I will not be pursuing the matter further, suffice to say though I will not be buying any more Brasher boots, and certainly not from Millets.

I bought the Master Walking boots after been a big fan of Brasher and having many different types of Brasher boots and shoes for many years. I found this type very uncomfortable on long walks. The boots are heavy,but give good support and have good grip. They have put a vertical line of stitching on the inner part of the heel which rubs against the back of my heel. I have had to put a plaster over the stitching to stop the rubbing. I have been wearing them most days for about 2 weeks now and I feel like they are still not broken in.

A good, strong boot for serious fell walking. Heavy but comfortable and protects both feet and ankles over rough terrain and keeps feet dry in the wet. I acquired these at a very reasonable price and therefore excellent value as they will last for years.

I use these for walking the dog in rain and mud. My first pair after some twenty years had a worn sole. I am well pleased with comfort and fit as I expected.

Too early to review the boots yet as i have only worn them once but on initial inspection they look top quality. I think they will need breaking in as after first use my ankles were very sore but thats probably because the leather is so thick and heavy duty.

I got these boots at a great price, i have always had boots at the lower end price bracket , but these are the most confortable that i have worn yet. Basically they fit like a glove. i purchased a size bigger and it was spot on.

Brought for daily use with my job and I must say they have been great so far I was a bit hesitant as some of the reviews where negative. But so far so good five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍
