This sleep aid is very effective without feeling drowsy the next day. Very reasonably priced and you get a an amount that last awhile. Been using for more than a year.

Okay- I’ve struggled both falling asleep or staying asleep for most of my life. I’ve tried many different sleep aides, this one is most consistent and pleasant. I’m a bigger guy, and tend to need “more” of just about anything to feel an effect, not this. It is about a 90 minute onset of gradual sleepiness and I get a full, rested, sleep. I can sleep 6-8 hours with this routinely, and I don’t feel groggy or hungover from it. Zzquil, melatonin, or an alcohol-based sleep thing (like nyquil) tends to make me feel like crap the next day, or like a zombie, not this. No side effects, no issues. Once in a bluemoon I do get the feeling of the “munchies”, as this is the only thing I “take” at night, I’m not sure if it is related.

I started off taking two of the pills about an hour before I would sleep and then one right as I got into bed. Over the course of two weeks of incredibly improved sleep, I moved to taking one an hour before bed and one right as I got into bed to only one an hour before bed. On nights when I had to immediately get to sleep, I would pop one of the pills in between my teeth and try my best to place the liquid under my tongue for a little while before swallowing it with water, but this might not be the best idea and is definitely not recommended as it will temporarily numb the tongue and/or the throat which you 100% would wanna avoid happening if you are trying to go to sleep. I believe diphenhydramine is some sort of tranquilizer because the numbing sensation come in very fast but it goes away soon after you pop the pill in your mouth. It’s very effective and very quick. Soon I will be able to go to sleep soundly without these pills and only use them in an emergency situation whereas I need to sleep. I take this in accordance with magnesium tablets and zinc as well as L-arginine and ashwaganda. The magnesium will help your brain spend MORE time in its “deep sleep stage”, the stage where the most detoxifying, regenerating, recovering, growing, developing, and etc takes place in the body. This is a miracle pill. I almost thought I had insomnia at times where I’d be up until 6 am after getting into bed at 10. Now I sleep in minutes. Literally in minutes even if I climb into bed not feeling tired. Also listening to brown noise on SoundCloud on repeat will help you relax and fall asleep if the main culprit is a restless mind always thinking about something. This is also a miraculous discovery which I’m glad I found diphenhydramine and brown noise. Personally I’ve also tried white noise, but that only keeps me up. Brown noise and diphenhydramine are the GOAT duo for good sleep. I don’t wake up drowsy either.

Sleep Aid without Melatonin 20MG, but could help for Sleep well.

This definitely works...a bit groggy in the morning but not much, can still carry out my tasks Easy to swallow , start working in half hour for me

GOOD DEAL. This “Sleep Aid” does the same job as a well known store brand by same name “Sleep Aid”. Both are blue softgel, same active ingredient and dose with exception of two inactive ingredients listed 5,6,7 . Only the price and quantity differ - better price and more pills.
