Faulty item, worked OK for the first few months and then it randomly worked, there was a firmware update available for it and no matter what I tried it would not update for me, requested a full refund which in itself is taking ages but hopefully sorted after 3 phone calls to Amazon customer Service. Purchased a replacement direct from Hydra Spark and that also required a firmware update and it was completed within a matter of seconds. do not buy this product
