the light looks well made and is nice and bright
I'm going to update my review to 5 stars. The touch sensitive button works fine if you just lick the finger of your glove. More so though, the light fell off today because I hadn't clipped it in properly. About 5 cars drove directly over it. Barely a scratch on it, the light stayed on the entire time, wasn't broken and worked fine afterwards. Awesome! No doubt about it, the light looks well made and is nice and bright. Bar mount seems solid enough. The reason I've given three stars (and I should have realised from the picture), is that the on/off/cycle switch is touch sensitive. You need to touch it with your finger rather than with gloves on. Given that most lights will be sold here for use in the UK in winter, a light that can't be cycled through it's functions without taking your glove off is a bit poor. It should be clear in the description.

Brilliant. Literally.
Watched YouTube reviews of best helmet light for mountain biking; this came highly recommended by a vlogger in US. The price was $20, so it's a bit more here in the UK. However, the unit is small, well made, aluminium, feels solid. The beam is extremely bright, I do not know how such a tiny single Led can produce such a light. It has a nice beam pattern, a wider spread than most. It would make a very good main beam mounted on the bars, but I already have the Solarstorm X3 on my bars. Because the X3 is a more focused spot, it would probably be better on my helmet but it didn't have a mount. If I did not already have the X3 (which is also a very good light and cheaper) I would probably just buy 2 of these instead. The advantage of these over the Solarstorm type is the ability to charge via USB, Eg in the vehicle, or use a power bank to directly run the light. The X3 battery pack can only be charged by mains. The only slight niggle is there is only 3 modes: high, low, strobe. The strobe is very fast and uses the high setting, imho way too bright for urban use and obviously useless on the trail. The kit comes with a bar mount which actually screws on (not a rubber band like the X3) and a helmet mount which is go pro / action camera compatible. Although I bought my X3 for less than ÂŁ10, I think it is worth Spending the extra to get the convenience of the USB charging.

Excellent light for the money
I have had these for two months and I use two of these for mountain bike riding twice a week on trails and mountain roads. I have one on the handle bars and one helmet mounted with the supplied mounts. The lights seem pretty secure in the mounts and have never come off despite the bumps. The beam is very suitable for night riding, not to narrow and not so wide that the brightness is lost. The lights I received are not identical to the pictures, the button is rubber press down, not touch operated but it works well. Runtime is around three hours on full brightness, I haven’t ran them down on low beam. Superb value, no regrets.

Great light, especially for the money
I bought this light for early rides and as a backup to my main light for off road night riding. I've been very positively surprised by how bright it is to the point where I use it as my only light on road and even off road if I'm not going to be riding anything too technical. The button works with a nice tactile click to cycle through the modes : high, low, flashing, offRun time on high is at least two hours and charge time is about 4 hours from flat.I've only done one wet ride with it but it worked fine in that and no signs of any problems with waterproofing. The only minus and why I have only given 4 stars is that the handlebar mount isn't great - it's 35mm which means it will fit pretty much any handlebar but the supplied rubber spacers / shims don't work for a 31.8 bar so I had to fit my own - not a big problem but not perfect. I'd have given 4.5 stars of I had the option. The helmet mount works well and that's what I'm now tending to use. I note that you can buy a separate Shenkey universal mount which looks better than the standard one.Definitely well worth the money and highly recommended 👍

Excellent piece of kit for the money. Better lights are available but more expensive.
This is a solidly built light for a very reasonable price. I have used it on my mountain bike off road in the Southdowns for 200-300km now without it falling off. At night it provides adequate light to ride off road trails carefully but it does not give as good a spread of light or forward illumination as my friends light but he did pay six times more for his. I have bought a second one for my helmet which does help this issue, and it sits comfortably on the helmet. The battery lasted 4 hours on a daylight ride ( just to see how long it would last) which is quite long enough for my night rides. For the money this is an excellent piece of kit hence 4 stars. It does not get 5 because there are better lights if you want to pay for them.

this one I bought and I was very sceptical but I have it for months now and it's brilliant. Lasts FOREVER
Bought 10+ lights on Amazon and all of them vere rubbish....this one I bought and I was very sceptical but I have it for months now and it's brilliant. Lasts FOREVER. I charge it once a week and I do cycle a lot. The brightness is impressive as well. I am probably seen from space.

Nice, bright & solid build.
This light is a nice compact size, about the size of the palm of my hand. The clamp fits onto a road bike unlike some of the others I've bought, and it's very bright. The flashing mode is a bit frantic though & can only be set between very bright, dimmer & fast flash. The battery live will last me about 3 to four hours on flash mode.

Ok light for everyday use
Reasonably good light with a decent beam for night riding, battery lasts a couple hours on full beam and seems to recharge quickly, the case of the light is tough and would probably survive a few bumps and the clasp seems firm on the handlebars stopping the light from moving around when you hit potholes etc.
