My first board arrived and had a crack running through the middle of it, i messaged Perfect Placed and told them as well as sending them a photo, they were very apologetic and sent me out a new board straight away and i did not have the hassle of having to return the damaged board first, so i believe them when they say it has a lifetime guarantee if it becomes faulty (cracks or splits) they will replace it free of charge.The board itself is really nice and large enough to do a fair amount of food preperation, also great at not damaging your expensive knives.

The packaging wasn’t damaged but the board had several small chunks taken out of the surface. Will have to return.

A great looking board and is large enough to do everything you need to when cooking a meal. Nice material and very easy to clean.
