honestly was quite tempted to buy a vibration plate after all that hype but didn't wanted to spend crazy £100 odd pounds plus already have a treadmill which is not being used so took a risk with this.Well it arrived well pack... self-assembled but it does have instruction and when I opened the pack it contains a DVD and poster with a different type of exercisesThe plate itself is of good quality - I and my wife are using it daily since i purchase it its brilliant...have 6 preprogram + a manual mode depending on your liking.I wanted to contact the seller as heartbeat was always showing zero but it started working automatically.. it comes with a holder which you can hold whilst do your exercise which also has a panel and it works superbly - there is dual control on the top of the vibration plate itself which is completely off but again I don't know if its by design i.e. if panel and holder is attached controls on the vibration plate won't work but when I have some free time I will read instruction to see if I have done any mistake in installation.Rest I will say go for it... it's quite cheap nearly one forth and does what it says on the tin.p.s. not been paid to do this review nor I got this product as a trial so geniune

1. Delivered promptly2. In the box really basic instructions, not hard to figure out, but attaching of the pole needs to be updated in them, restrance bands, remote, wall chart.3. Plastic touch pad is held down by adsive and sits on springs, this keeps popping off, having to restick each time.Really bought this it at voice command and controls on the attachable pole, however do question the need for this, as yes it has 6 pre programmed exercises on it and takes yo through them and alters speeds which is great, however some of the exercises this gets in the way, and it is not hard to remove, however you have to undo screw three clasps, and detach wires. The pre programmed exercises and voice guided can only be used with the pole attached. It would have been better if pole had some kind of hing or a plug in and out connection.In summary, I feel that the pole attachment has not been really thought and is a bit of test the market with it, see how goes, the idea of a built in voice saying do this exercise for 30 seconds, controlling the time, and machine speed is great, however it’s limited as it can only be used with the pole attached and really you would be better off, with other models and the dvds, videos etc.The concept is there, but in my opinion they missed the boat a bit on this model, hence 3 stars. And a bit disappointed with built quality of face plate.

Great for anyone looking for a low impact workout with great benefits i have nerve damage and Sciatica i do a low impact work out using VIBRAPOWER 2 this has help me a lot with Pain Relief and weight loss i have lost 1.5 stone as well not bad. loads of way to a work our sitting on it using the elastic straps and bands using 1 leg work out. start with 3 mins then go for a longer time. ask the DR before use.The only fault is the stupid electric cable design this is similar to a old style kettle plugs in the back of the machine keeps working loose and cutting the power off this happens most nights then i have to lift the back of the machine up to plug it back in as i have it close to a wall as this helps me to keep balance,also the plastic cover over the settings started bubbling up and will not go back down within a short time but it works.I had a problem with the elasticated 2 restraint bands one broke within 24 hours of emailing the shopping channel through amazon i received 2 new straps brilliant fast work 10/10 for service.

THIS VIBRAPOWER COACH FITNESS TRAINER IS AN AMAZING PIECE OF KIT.BOTH MYSELF AND MY WIFE USE IT.A GREAT PRODUCT AT AN UNBELIEVABLY CHEAP PRICE.WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE TO ANYONE!!

Interesting piece of kit which did seem to have a beneficial effect on muscle tone etc for the short time we had it. However unfortunately we had to return the machine as the pulse sensors refused to work, and it kept cutting out intermittently which meant we had to start the whole programme again !!

Not used yet but heavier & bigger than I thought it would be. Cables in mast aren’t as described in assembly instructions but figured them out.

Bought this item in June and not been used more than 4 times due to an injury (not related to item) but already the remote will not control the machine (and yes it has new batteries and lights up when you push a button) very, very, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

What a great wee machine, first time I’ve used one and I love it!
