Q: does no heat rotation start after the meat is cooked?

On most of them you have to set no heat. But I love my ronco best piece of cooking equipment I have. 10 of Prime rib in less then 2 hrs let it spend for 20 minutes after and it is the best prime rib you could have with out the salt

Q: Does anyone have tips on cleaning - grease hard to get off parts

I use stainless steel cleaning pads found in the grilling section of many stores. Made of the same material, so will not scratch the steel.

Q: Are the Kebobs included with the Platinum model? If not, what is the part number and where can they be obtained?

No for the kebobs you will want a vertical rotisserie.

Q: will this cook a shwarma type set up or because it is horizontal vs vertical,it wont?

This ought to work since you can cook Kevin’s and the rotisserie
