Works great for charging multiple phones, tablets, or other devices that charge via USB port. The only complaint I have is that due to it's size, weight, and shape, it doesn't stay plugged into the outlet very securely. I could understand if it were plugged into an old outlet, but it's plugged into brand new outlets, and keeps falling out after a few days. I'll probably end up plugging it into an extension cord and laying it on the floor behind or next to the nightstand.

A special note: This two charging unit was especially well packaged. Professional and easy to open. Additionally, within the box was nice little cards (Hard stock) that provided brief but informative instructions on how to use and care for the device. The charging device is sturdy and provides illumination in low lighting. I will certainly use this company again.

I had this for a few weeks now, and I am happy with the overall functionality. 4 USB ports is plenty to charge my iPads, iPhones and bluetooth headsets.Unfortunately, the design is a little floppy and the plug has a problem staying plugged in a wall outlet due to the weight of the device.I solved it by sticking a little wine cork under the charger for extra support. It ain't pretty, but it works... I guess that's what 3 starts mean.

This is a high quality product with excellent customer service behind it. I did a lot of research before purchasing a multiport charger, I looked at many qualities including how many ports, which kind of ports, total amp output, and customer satisfaction. I had narrowed my choices down to two and purchased this one as the price was lower (all other factors being relatively equal). It works very well, charges my items quickly and without any errors that I've gotten from cheap USB chargers.This unit is actually the second I received. The first unit was actually defective. I'm sure some may wonder why give 5 stars when I received a defective product? Simple, because the customer service was simply that good. When I contacted them with the issue they responded within less then 24 hours. They had simple requests for proof of failure. They have done everything within their power to make sure that working with them has been a pleasant experience.I would cheerfully buy from this company again and recommend this product.

I bought this in conjunction with  Type C, iOrange-E™ 6.6 Ft (2M) Braided Cable with Reversible Connector for New Macbook 12 inch, ChromeBook Pixel, Nokia N1 Tablet, Asus Zen AiO and Other Devices with Type C USB, Black  and they work fine together except they don't sufficiently charge my 2015 Macbook (gold) while I'm using it.

Only one complaint: The power LED is so bright, that it lights up my bedroom at night when I'm trying to sleep. I can charge two Galaxy Note 3 phones, a Tab 2 10.1" tablet, and my Sony Camcorder all at the same time and it charges pretty quickly on all of them. I'm going to buy another one for my wife. It free's up quite a few outlets for me

The unit does recharge gizmos as noted but design is heavy 7.5 oz, and plug will fall out of a wall outlet. Better use would be in a power strip so weight is flat on strip to keep from falling out.

this is a great product. its slim and it charges really fast. the best part is that it can handle four devices at once, without taking up a lot of space. And considering an apple base for one cord is $50....great deal!
