Bought this with 0 reviews! I did a lot of research, and went with this one because I have a partially covered balcony, and the 10ft round would have hit the top when tilted. The rectangle is kind of prefect for my space. Really wanted one that tilted up AND left-right, but the cheapest I found like that was $400+ and not rectangular. You can easily spend $800+ on an umbrella like this, but for $200, I was impressed with the quality of the components. The mechanisms are all really easy to use, and I think it will last. You must buy the weights for the base or bolt it to your deck. Don’t even set it up until you have the base anchored/weighted. Read some complaints on other ones that the offset designs wobble in the wind... like every umbrella ever. Had it open during a breezy day without much issue.

Very top heavy doesn’t stay up unless you bolt it down to concrete!! Also came broken and opened it too late to send back!! Waste of money!!!!!!
