Excellent customer service
This laser cartridge would not chamber into the rifle it was bought for. The company is excellent with customer service and great return policy. So I ordered a different cartridge and am waiting on it.

Headache
It would be nice if the batteries that were provided lasted more than 5 to 10 minutes.Now I'm going to have to get more batteries thus wasting my time.Other than that, it seemed to work fine.

Sloppy
Sloppy item. Does not fit well and points to a different direction every time you reinsert it. Get what you pay for in this. One star is for hoping it still gets me on paper at 25yds. It might have actually caused me to adjust it farther away, these are that bad.

Saves time are range
This product work great and save on shells to get the gun sighted in.

Garbage product
This laser didn't work well unless I really worked at the batter lid. It gets stuck in my gun and had to use a bore cleaning rod to pop it out every time I used it. One time, testing it, it made my gun jam and I could open the chamber to pull it out. Upon pulling really hard on the charging handle the back flew off and the batteries all came out. I'm just going to throw it away and get a different brand. 10 bucks wasted.

It drained batteries very quickly!
As long as arrived, I put the batteries in it. It was OK. But before I go to range, I used this but it drained battery very quickly so I changed new ones in it. It drained new ones very quickly also. So I returned it.
