read the instructions and practice with your buddy before jumping into the sea
The media could not be loaded. It's my first time to try a full face mask for snorkeling on vacation after a friend of mine said it helped with the fogging that her daughter experiences. The mask is easy to use, just make sure to read the instructions thoroughly. It is suggested to wear the mask around for a few minutes to acclimate to breathing with it. Be aware of the two silicone pieces that are inside the mouth part of the mask. They were pretty securely in place but they are actually meant to be removed. Removing those two silicone pieces is definitely a game changer! It makes all the difference. Once we were using the mask correctly it worked great! I hate to say that I personally like it better than my expensive dive masks but... I think I like it better. Too bad I can’t use it for scuba diving. This mask really helped with the fogging issues that my friends have. When you are wearing it, you look pretty crazy and get plenty of attention from folks! For those who use GoPro camera, this mask is a perfect fit since you can easily mount your camera onto the Snorkel tube. All-in-all, good product. Better than expected. The price is much better than the ones selling just a couple of years ago. It is slightly more bulky for traveling than a regular dive mask but it’s because it’s a bigger mask. Thankfully the snorkel part folds up into the mask so that helps save some space. It has a little mesh travel bag to carry it in as well. The last thing I would like to say is that a face mask is easier to use than a traditional open-face snorkel+mask, however, it can also be more dangerous if you are not well prepared. Carbon dioxide buildup may cause snorkelers to become dizzy, and the tight-fitting head straps also may make it harder to pull off in an emergency. So make sure you practice well in safe pools with your buddy before jumping into the sea. Pay special attention to the worst situations, such as how to remove the mask if water fills the mask. Also, I strongly recommended everyone to wear fins during snorkeling. Here I include a video of my friend Tony using this.

Can’t see out it
I wish I could give zero stars. When I first got the mask I was excited because it was for my trip to Hawaii. I tested it in the bathtub and it seemed to work fine. But the second I got it out to snorkel in the ocean it quit working, mainly because the tiniest peace of shell got stuck in the purge valve and it was impossible to get it out because of the design of the thing. That wouldn’t have mattered anyway because the screen of the mask is a complete POS. The shape and curve of the mask is so warped that you can hardly see through it and when you do strain your eyes to see I became so nauseous that I almost vomited. I just got back from my trip a few days ago and was going to try to return and get my money back only to find that the “return window” had closed. So now I spent $30 on this POS mask that I used for literally less than 2 minuets.

Works Well
Growing up I lived many places, to include an island in the subtropics and swam a lot in the ocean, especially snorkeling. While snorkeling was great fun and the reefs were fantastic, it was always annoying when water got in the tube (say, a wave crested over it or you dove deep) -- this device solves that. It also solves the sore throat issue of breathing through your mouth for hours and makes breathing more natural and you can even breath a little bit as you dive down. Great tool.

Probably a good mask, but...
I haven't used it yet but the hinged part of the snorkel rubs against my forehead. It's kind of uncomfortable

Double vision
I recently purchase two of your mask, S and L for my sons. They claim that such mask have double vision and after 15 minutes they feel dizzy. Then I personally tested the mask in a pool and it is true, the mask produce double vision….very uncomfortable. Then I ask to a friend that have a similar mask (different brand) to allow me to use it just to check. My surprise is that his mask don’t produce double vision… their vision is as a normal googles. My friend mask is flat in front and the ones I purchased are curved.

Did not seal well. Water got in air tube due to bigger waves.
Bought for our Caribbean vacation. If their is any bit of waves, the water will go into the air spout on top. Both of our masks did not seal well and you could not get enough air . I had high hopes for these, but they did not work for snorkeling. We ended up getting a mask and the air tube supplied by the excursion.

Great masks for snorkeling
My boyfriend and I loved these masks for our trip to Cozumel. We snorkeled and had no issues with water getting in the mask. A little foggy around the sides of the mask but only after snorkeling for some time, and it didn’t obstructing our view whatsoever.
