Obviously doesn't knock you out like synthetic pills, but has helped me drift off quicker and I definitely wake up less during the night. This product, coupled with good sleep hygiene is what I needed.

I have been suffering with insomnia for months, I was advised to try something natural. I have chosen this product because it has good reviews and it was good value. I have been taking two, 30m before bed as indicated for a week now, and it's not working. I still have restless nights. They are big but easy to swallow, to be honest, its not worth it. No quality on the product and it also has a funny smell.Didnt notice any mood changes while taking it.
