Works just like the original Bain de Soleil. It has deepened my tan to that wonderful bronze glow. Makes me feel like that 20 year old who first used BDS. The only disappointment is—it is missing that original scent, which many reviews have commented on so I can’t deduct for that.

Ok so I still happen to have an intact original tube of BainDeSoleil no lie and it’s become coveted. I have been using BainDeSoleil since the early eighties and nothing even comes close for the deep bronze tan we all dream of. Now this is from the male perspective also it should be noted I’m not sure it matters but full disclosure. My little shorty tubes of BDS there were two are emptied and I was about to cave and open the original when in passing someone tells me there’s anew version and let me say I was very skeptical I was certain it wouldn’t be tha same and as far as aroma goes it’s definitely not the same but after using it repeatedly this summer I’m very hot weather I would say it works darn near exactly the same as the original and the new aroma isn’t all that bad and I’d say it’s growing on me so wow what a relief I have a replacement. It begs the question what to do with the unopened original eh? My new jingle is TanDeSoleil for the TrailerParkTan! Shoutout from Longneck PotNetsBayside! RollinOnDaRiver! 🏖️🌞☮️

Best tanning lotion! I've used for years and it's hard to find but when you do it's expensive for tanning liquid.

This product smells AMAZING and goes on like silk. I was tempted to keep it simply because of how creamy and NON greasy it was and how nice it made my skin feel. I feel like that instead of getting "brown" I felt a little orangey in color. The lotion itself is not orange, but I don't feel like it deepened my tan at all.

Would definitely buy again! I normally burn when in the sun but this tanner helped me actually get tan and maintain my tan! Would recommend for the girls that burn to give this a try!

Works Great. But overpriced.

Not the same as the original and does not have that signature smell we all remember well. I have the orginal to compare with. Not even close.
