It works!
It works great but the elastic is kind of narrow and a button came off on the second day I still have to order another one to interchange!

MADE FOR 28 INCH WAISTS
IT WORKS BUT THE PAIN IN WEARING A SUCH A TIGHT DEVICE WAS UNBEARABLE. I LOOK FOR LARGER SIZES BUT FOUND NONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVICE MADE FOR VERY SMALL PEOPLE..

Basically Works Well, but be Mindful of Design
(This review is for the Wearable Urine Collection Bag for Elderly.) This does function as expected, and from very light testing, it does reasonably well in a variety of positions. There is a lack of really great wearable urinal devices, and this one is a great value considering you get two collection bags and everything else that you need. Depending on the dimensions of your anatomy, it may not be possible to get a fully watertight seal around the collection compartment comfortably. But even if you can't get a watertight seal, it still essentially works as long as the urine is let out inside the compartment and the exit hole is towards the bottom of the compartment, which it usually is because of the design. If you have anatomy that does not lend itself to this shape perfectly, then you might have leakage if you are lying too far on your side or in another position that causes the exit point to not be in the right place. Basically, if you're considering something like this for any reason, it's probably worth giving this a shot. From experimenting with it, I think it will work very well in most circumstances, but not perfectly.

needed for diabetic incontinence
I got this because I was having problems going anywhere, like hikes with my wife. I had to urinate like every 5 minutes. I didn't know I had diabetes and found this after a couple late night 'accidents'. I like that it's not latex, as I have a severe allergy to latex. I took one star off because the picture is hard to see, since everything is white. But the thin straps can move into awkward, or uncomfortable position if you move around (like while hiking, or sleeping). Still, easier to use than trying to pee in an old juice bottle, which you can't do while hiking. Yes, I did do that on a long trip when we didn't have anywhere to pull over.

I used to wear pads throughout the day and replace them once or twice, and still prefer pads if out shopping etc. The collector fits well and the waistband is very good for me (36” waist), although I would think that it would be suitable up to a 40” waist. The urine bags are good although I don’t see the need for the ones with larger capacity than 1000 ml. but I have only used the equipment a couple of days. Maybe I will want to try a larger bag some time in the future. Instructions say that the urine bag can be suspended against the leg by a string but do not say from what. Fortunately men are conveniently equipped with testies, so a heavy elastic band and a length of string does the job. Also the testies let you know that the bag is getting full. The plastic tube supplied is too long for the bag on the leg and I am reluctant to cut it as it would be good for night time use, perhaps tied to a chair beside the bed. Fortunately I found a short rubber tube that works for the bag on the leg. So, supplying an additional short plastic tube would be great. In conclusion, I would say that although this system is great, it does not eliminate the use of absorbent pads.

If there's one thing that's horrible, it's being on the bus between bars during a pub-crawl and having to go. Most buses rented don't have a toilet so you just need to hold it. With this portable urinal, that left me with no problem at all! Just party it up on the bus with a drink in hand and a leg-baggie full of pee! Pretty ingenious and reminded me of 'Rocco' from the early 2000's cartoon 'Undergrads' during his drinking challenge!

I always have anxiety for long road trip especially when I have to be on a tour bus for so long that usually only stops for toilet every 2 hours and bus toilet not always available. There are other produsts that I tried such as one time use urinal bag, and capsule that connect to a bottle. None of them I can use without being covered a private area. This one is wearable and I can use it whenever. It is not that comfortable to wear as it feels heavy and feel like have something sitting in between the leg, but it is the best solution I see in the market. It is hard to wear underwear with it because of the size, but ok to wear a short inside. I think it solve particular problem, and hopefully in the future someone will make sure even useful and much more comfortable at the same time.
