You want the best Negroni? Buy this.
I know Negroni. This is the best Vermouth to make one. Please don’t buy it all. I need lots of it.

Delicious!
It's an interesting mixture of a deep, sweet flavour with an almost woody bitterness following on very quickly behind. It will make an excellent Negroni, or serve with tonic or soda water to make a lovely long drink. I think this vermouth more than holds it's own against more expensive vermouths. I'm so impressed, I'm going to subscribe to this vermouth. It'll pair very well with gin, perhaps not flavourful gin such as Harris, but it will be really good with Tanqueray or Bombay Sapphire, maybe even Brokers. Definitely recommend this to all vermouth drinkers and mixologists.

Italian secret delights
Apart from cider this is my only alcoholic tipple and I'm devoted to it. It is an aperitif, not quite as sweet as a red Martini, having a herby taste and hint of bitters in the background. Everyone I've introduced to it has enjoyed and the only problem is tracking it down.Oddbins stopped stocking it about 3 years ago and few of the high st chains have heard of it. It is worth the effort searching and I was happy to find it sourced on Amazon, having finished my last bottle at the start of the year. This really is an excellent aperitif, try it! Italian Sweet Vermouth with Amaro (bitter)
It wasnt what I was expecting to taste like. Bittersweet, like a Negroni without the gin. My usual cocktail is a Perfect Manhattan, but it was still too bitter for me, even with a higher dry to sweet ratio. If you drink Negronis, make them with this as will complement the Campari. But this is not really for me unfortunately.

Great in a negroni
My favourite vermouth to add to a negroni.

For a more bitter negroni
Have bought this as one of 3 different types of red vermouth to replace red martini for a negroni. It provides a slightly more bitter taste in comparison to to others, nothing major, and is exceptional. I like the sweeter vermouths in a negroni and I also like this one as it provides a real contrast. It's also relatively cheap so well worth a try.

Good, strongly flavoured, vermouth. Essential for a good negroni.
This vermouth is the correct ingredient for the original negroni. Strongly flavoured it mixes well with the Campari and gin. Delicious.
