Mask has two adjustable straps so you can customize fit for your comfort. Gel insert fits inside the mask. Put gel part of eyemask in the refrigerator or freezer for a cooling compress over tired eyes. Or use gel insert heated in warm/ hot water for dry eyes care. Contents include black "light blocking" mask with adjustable straps and nose contour piece (attached). One completely sealed gel pack that can be inserted into the mask. Gel insert can be refrigerated or frozen for cooling or heated in hot water (not to exceed 194 degrees) for warming.
