The actual dermarollers are excellent. They feel very solidly made. There are no 'squeaks' or issues when rolling it over the skin. The vitamin C oil is also pleasant. There is no lingering smell with it like some serums have.I will say though-the actual process of dermarolling is quite painful. I mean, let's be honest-you are rolling hundreds of tiny needles over your face. I felt it first by rolling it over the pad of a finger, and you could barely feel it. When rolled over my face though, it brought tears to my eyes. I literally have to talk myself into doing it every night, and in between, I count to 3 and hold my breath and do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. These people that say it's like a breath of fresh air or that it's like an itch that is being scratched are either masochists or liars. I have only used the 0.25mm, and haven't even opened the 0.30mm roller. Also, be forewarned-you will look like you have either just spent 9 hours baking yourself on a beach or you stood a little too close to an open fire. Your skin will be RED. It doesn't last very long, but don't expect to look normal for an hour or so.However, if you are adamant with dermarolling, this one is an awesome product.

I was interested in getting a derma pen or a derma roller and compared the two. The derma roller was way less expensive and it came in 2 different sizes .25 and .3. I have been using it for a couple weeks now and it definitely helps my face products work better when I put them on at night. I use the derma roller and soak it in alcohol for 10 minutes before I use. Then I use it all over my face trying to change the strokes so that there are no noticeable marks. Once I am done, I put toner on my face to get rid of any excess impurities and put either retinol or vitamin C serum to brighten any spots. I have noticed a big difference since I started using the roller. Very happy and the product comes in nice casing!

I find it easy to use but like anything that is supposed to be good or help you it does hurt bit. I have only managed to use it once since I received it. I purchased it to help with my smile lines around my mouth (I drink out of a straw ALL the time) and these wrinkles are deep. I am hoping to see results from it but since I have only used it once the only thing I did notice was it made me feel like my lip area was a bit swollen which I am sure is supposed to happen as I am rolling tiny needles across my upper lip.

I liked that this included 2 rollers and a serum. Not sure how good of a quality it is but the serum feels refreshing after rolling. I started with the .3 and gave the .25 as a gift. Needles seem real, however it was squeaky when i rolled it, which was quite annoying.

This is a nice kit if you are new to derma rolling. I have seen improvement in my skin and this helps your skin absorb the vitamin C serum/ other serums better

I've used this twice. Both rollers as well. Doesn't hurt at all. after about an hour I feel like ive been out in the sun a bit. That warm glow you get where your skin looks great. I loved it so much on my face started on my neck and thighs to see if anything changes.

Great product! Bought for my face, but mainly my upper lip. Have noticed a bit of a difference. If used more, I’m sure I would see a tremendous amount of difference. Highly recommend this product and seller. Love the vitamin c serum.

i love this product , i have not tried any other but for me it works . the micro process is uncomfortable but in my opinion worth it. check it out on you tube .
