Actually, pretty super good!
So, I'm a pretty serious home cook, and I'm pretty into Chinese/East Asian cooking (my selection of various soy sauces takes up a whole shelf in the door of my refrigerator, and no, I'm not counting fish sauce, oyster sauce, black vinegar or golden mountain as soy sauce, if that gives you some idea) and these are actually the best quality lo mein noodles that I can get my hands on. I do have access to several very "authentic" alternatives imported from various places, but none of the ones I've tried are of this quality, and result in a significantly less pleasing texture in the final product.

Taste great and doesnt fall apart!
These noodles taste really great. They dont fall apart like some noodles. We wont mention any names 😝I use them for beef stroganoff, chicken soup, cheesy noodles, tuna noodle casserole..poured home made creamed salmon over them, made a ground beef and onion with fresh or frozen peas to pour over them...Endless recipes 😋

My carb fix
I love these noodles. When I found them here for about a buck less/bag, than I can buy theme where I live, (I live in a very expensive part of the country) I bought them. Any time I crave carbs, I cook some up and add a little butter or olive oil, salt and pepper and enjoy.

We LOVE no yolk stir fry egg noodles! I've tried many different brands and this one I found to be the best. No sticking or clumping together. Perfect noodles every time.

Use for Instant Pot Chicken & Noodles
Not sure what one can say about egg noodles LOL but I use this for chicken and noodles in our Instant Pot and they work great!

Short noodles!
I always cut up my noodles for a tidy forkful. These noodles are made shorter and are fantastic for stir fry noodle dishes.
