I’ve been using this posture corrector for a week now, and I can already feel a huge difference! It’s comfortable enough to wear throughout my workday without irritation. My back feels supported, and my posture has improved significantly.

I wear it daily while working at my desk, and it keeps my back in a good position. The fabric is breathable, so I don’t get too hot, and the support is strong but not restrictive.

As someone who sits at a desk all day, this back brace helps keep me upright and reduce pain. The straps are easily adjustable, and it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours.

Well made and good support for your back. I wish back covered more of the top of the back, but it is still a good product.

Bought this for my husband to become more aware and to use to retrain his posture as he has been slouching forward at the shoulders a little lately.#1 - as multiple people have said, the size guide is WAY off. My husband has a 34" waist. The large size JUST fits him. The issue is not with the large waist band brace. The issue is that the smaller straps that the one brings forward for both the shoulders and the waist are too short.Once in place (a helping hand might be appreciated), this brace is effective in bringing the shoulders back and achieving correct posture. My husband says it's like wearing a comfortable corset. For anyone who slouches when working on a computer and gets tightened shoulder muscles as a result, this should be a great help/reminder to maintain correct posture.Note that the directions state to start at 30 min. day #1 with differing incremental times to increase over a 2 week period.I would definitely recommend this product.

The corrector is very helpful in adjusting my slouching posture. It is very easy to adjust. I hoped the velcro was a bit stronger though. The back brace is a big plus; very comfortable and also easy to use. It is able to provide the necessary relief from my back pain. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase!

I work at a standing desk and this was great to help me as i transitioned from sitting to standing. It was a little confusing when I opened it and figuring out how to get the straps correct- but it’s very adjustable and I can tell a difference when wearing it and the support it provides. It does limit how long you should wear it- I wasn’t aware of that when I purchased it - so this is a product you only wear about 20 minutes when you start using it and worn your way up. For the price I thought it was a good product.
