Great alternative to cocoa
We've been using this carob powder to make little carob treats that are similar to chocolate pralines, and I can't fault it. I've not used carob before so can't compare it to any other brands etc, but as far as I can tell this is good, nothing wrong with the flavour, texture, colour etc. All good!

Delicious!
Alot sweeter than cacao, great in cakes and biscuits and smoothies.I personally prefer the cacao in my sweet treats, because I like the slight bitterness.Carob is much sweeter.

No complaints
Because i'm allergic to caffeine i've purchased carob powder as a substitute. I'm still getting to grips with how to use this in baking but i've found a lovely hot chocolate recipe which takes close to the real thing.No issues with the product itself. Nice big bag and is lasting well.
