This is the most useless piece of equipment you can imagine. The whole write up is a total misconception. A total waste of money. These people obviously do not have any idea about dogs or puppies. Besides not doing its job to prevent the puppy from coming up the stairs, it has now damaged my paint. You are supposed to be able to move it. However, just trying to move the hook in order to try and get some tension on the mesh took off the paint. There is no paperwork or invoice with the article so no instructions how to return.

It doesn't warrant any stars but it won't allow you to progress with review unless you score it, but it's not worth any stars. To be honest, it doesn't deserve any of my time writing this review but if I can save any one from buying it it's been worth it.It's Absolutely useless, a complete waste of money. You can't call it a gate never mind a MAGIC gate. All it is, is a bit of mesh wit some hooks with sticky backs.mdo you know I didn't even try it as I know my dog would get through/pass it!!!!!Might use the material for a fly screen, when I get round to making it.Please don't waste your money.

Contacted their customer service team as the item is much smaller than advertised, and their customer service manor is terrible, they adviced me to just read the instructions. The items arrived but they include a telescopic rod which had neither any use, as there were no pockets for them to slide into. The product itself is advertised as 74 inches wide. This infact is incorrect. When sought customer service advice, they just advised I read the instructions - sorry Hun, but reading the instructions isn’t going to make the product longer if the material isn’t already at that length. We wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase this item.

Great idea, terribly executed. The poles are too short, so you can’t role the excess round them properly, this leaves it baggy. You can’t just hook the top one on and off to get in and out, you need the bottom hooked to keep it effective which means you then need to annoyingly unhook both top and bott every time you walk through. It looks terrible, saggy and messy with the excess rolled up. The dog figured out in 5 mins that it was just material and chew through it. Save you’re money up and buy a proper stairgate.

Fell off first time of using. Hooks didn't stick properly.

Sadly it didn’t work for us. It’s basically a piece of net with a loop on each corner. It comes with four self adhesive hooks. It’s designed to be stretched across the door. It. Is thin like a mosquito net. The problem is the width. There is no way of shortening it which makes it redundant. If you have a really wide gap (check measurements) it will probably do the job.

The net itself is sturdy but the cheap plastic hooks are far from. They arrived broken on the first delivery and when I returned and reordered my one year old niece was able to break it with one hard tug. When I tried to remove the broken hook from the wall the glue remained behind and had to be scraped off taking the Paint with it. Kept the dog in the room for 15mins so gets 3 stars for that (definitely wouldn’t hold her if she tried to get out using those hooks though)
