Product works just like the far more expensive ones you get in grocery/drug stores in blister packs. I use it to eliminate the stomach problem I get when taking one prescription drug.Advantage - far, far less expensive per capsule than smaller packages in blister packs found in retail stores.Disadvantage - there is almost always a thin coating of coal dust on the capsules. This will lightly coat your fingers, or the inside of your pockets if you carry it there.I think that the cost savings is worth the minor inconvenience - but you do get a small coal dust factor with the lower price.

AC is a good product for binding to toxins when you are detoxing from viruses like EBV and lyme. It will help soak up the toxins and move them out of the body. Swanson always has good products. When I am detoxing my ankles swell from virus and bacteria die-off. When I take 4 of these before I go to bed, by the next morning the swelling has subsided.

I have been using this for a few days and so far I think it is working my stomach is not grumbling as much as it was before which is why I purchased the product.update 12/1/15 I have given these a try and I will finish up what I have but my stomach still grumbles I am going to go back to Good N Natural it stopped the stomach grumbling which is why I am using these pills. I will say that Swanson is removing all of the excess air from my stomach which I love but I don't love the stomach noises it's embarrassing. Good N Natural removes the air and stops the grumbling.

The charcoal is on the outside of each capsule. So, your fingers are covered in black powder every time you touch one. It's like each bottle has had one capsule break open and spill it's contents inside the bottle. I bought 4 types/brands to see which ones I liked the best. This one and "Best Naturals" had charcoal all over the outside of each capsule. Nutrissence and Nova Nutritions didn't have any power on the outside of their capsules. (I've also bough Charco Caps from Walmart and they didn't have any outside powder). So, stay away from this brand and the other one.

Yeah, these may leave some charcoal residue on your hand. Know that I figured I'd empty into a strainer and shake and blow a bit. Which did nothing. But when grabbing handfuls to pour back into the bottle, I got black-hand. A risk I took since we get 120 caps for the price of all other brands' 90 caps. Handling one at a time, black is not an issue

these capsules really help with intestinal gas

I use this every night. More if I get indigestion. It's good for "soaking" up toxins. Wanted off Omeprazole and this helped, along with a little diet change.
