Excellent new strap - shame they dont do a shorter one tho.Took about 10 minutes to swap the Fitbit unit from the old one - including cleaning it up.Didnt even need to save the tiny screws as there are some new ones with the kit!No instructions - you have to lever out the switch side of the fitbit carefully after you have removed all the screws, then when placing it into the new strap give it a good wiggle about and tighten al four screws loosly before fully tightening them - that way the whole lot aligns better.Wifey loves her snazzy new Fitbit!

Why don’t Fitbit just send you this pack when your band goes bubbly? I’ve had 3 replacement Fitbit Charge HRs during my 2 year warranty. That’s up now and all Fitbit now offer is 25% off this overinflated price for a new Fitbit. This kit has everything needed to replace...took 5 mins following YouTube video instructions and I have a non bubbly band. Thank you.

Excellent strap. Comes with all the tools you need. Had a quick look at a video on YouTube on how to change the strap and it took me less than 5 minutes to swap. It has brought my Fitbit back from the dead.

I am very disappointed with this strap in less than a week the design is already coming off and thats without having done any exercise in it.I have added some pictures to show where it has come off.I would like a refund because eventually the strap will be white and that’s not the colour I wanted.I wouldn’t recommend this strap at all

Ok for the money. Although put together as the instructions when the Fitbit vibrates it sounds very buzzy and like the casing doesnt fit. Had to get large strap which although should fit given then measurements is a bit big.

Fun sturdy strap. Doesn’t come with instructions on how to change though, so I ended up snapping existing clip which is not provided.

Good product, very happy . It doesn’t come with instructions, so I quickly went on Utube to make sure I put it on right. Great value for money.

Arrived damaged. Reading the other reviews this does not seem unusual. Very disappointed as this was a present for a colleague and i do not have time to replace.
