Well, it doesn't tangle...
which is the whole point. So on that front they're awesome. Occasionally, I hear crackling when using them that I didn't experience before, but it is a very minor inconvenience compared to the tangling of a phone cord.

not worth it
these starting having issues only after a week of use, was having complaints that people could not hear me or the line was very heavy static, after taking them off all the problems went away. They are very cheaply built and do not work well. great idea but awful product.

Crackling Phone Cord
The phone cord detangler piece causes the phone line to be very crackly, almost impossible to hear. Would not order this item.

The detangler is amazing.
Nothing worse than a tangled phone cord. The detangler has ended that problem for me. Easy to install, works perfectly

They work but lots of static
These worked amazingly the first week. I work in a place where I need to be able to have a long cord,ours tangle up and these were perfect. Then a week later all we got was static so we took the plastic cord things off and the phones weren’t static.
