First of all, this vacuum has FANTASTIC suction. It feels like you're getting your carpet CLEAN. I used this about two days after I vacuumed with a Bissell, and it still picked up a TON of dirt the Bissell left behind.Great job!It's also lightweight, and very easy to maneuver. The plastic DOES feel kind of cheap, as in it is light feeling and "plasticky", but it's not so bad as to make me doubt its ability to hold its structure well. The construction is good, and it's thick.This vacuum does have an annoying bug that almost every vacuum on the planet shares with it - the brush attachment will not stay on the vacuum no matter how I position it.Moreover, I'm not very happy with the length of the cord - it's standard. The company could have given a *little* extra length to it. Since this is supposed to be a premium styled vacuum and all - the extra long cord has become pretty standard.Still, none of these issues are bad enough for me to complain about this vacuum. It's a fantastic vacuum if you want a vacuum with more power but cringe at the price tag.UPDATE- Apparently, I paid a significantly low sale price for this item! WOWZA had no idea it was normally this much. I guess that explains why it's such a wonderful vacuum. :)

Died after a month! Worst waste of money, totally dissapointed with the product i got.

I love this vacuum cleaner!! I have a husky who is shedding like crazy (SMH) and I bought two name brand vacuum cleaners in hopes of removing his fur, no dice. Brought this one and much to my amazement, bye bye fur! Girlie girl was beyond happiness that it worked and I plan on buying the bigger size one in the near future. So I do recommend this one for pet hair.

Be prepared for a strong plastic smell the first several times you use it. Once it fades, it's a great vacuum at a low price point. If the suction goes suddenly, wash the dust filter and watch it come back once it is dry.

I got this vacuum a few days ago. I love it! It is made very well. Great suction. I love everything about it, but the cord is too short. Awesome vacuum!

We purchased this product less than 4 months ago. We have a tiny place, and we are rarely home; therefore we have used the vacuum maybe a dozen times. Today it died! For no reason. We had only dumped the bag but once. Surely a vacuum should last longer than 12 uses. DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!

I bought this product because of all the five star reviews. It’s terrible. Don’t buy it. It stopped working less than three weeks later. Luckily, we were in time to return it within the 30 day return period. DO. NOT. BUY.
