Really disappointed
Update. The unit continued to malfunction so I am returning it.Original: I charged it overnight and followed directions exactly. My pool had some algae on the bottom and just minor bits of debris. Nothing big. When I put it in the pool as directed, it started to go forward and would only go about 5 feet and then reverse itself. I kept watching it and it kept making small back-and-forth movements and then stopped. I pulled it out. Check to see if the filter and the debris reservoir was full and it wasn’t at all. I restarted it lowered it back down and it did the same thing all over again . The third time this happened I pulled it out and the battery is dead. I had it running for less than an hour and it should not have stopped/drained the battery to the point where it stopped. I am recharging now and hopefully it will finish my small 10 x 20 up ground pool , if I still have issues, I’m returning it since this is the first full day that I’ve had it. Incredibly disappointed in its performance so far. I’ll update my review if for some reason, it starts running properly and can finish cleaning the bottom of my smallish pool.

Save the money!!
Used one time. Recharged to use it again. Battery is fully charged and it will not turn on. Tried getting Amazon to replace. Guess what?? You’re stuck with it. Complete waist of money.

Needs to be babysat
It definitely vacuums, that’s not an issue. It’s just the mobility of it. It does not turn, it only goes forwards and backwards. So in theory if it bumps into the wall of my above ground pull, it’s supposed to reverse and so on and on and maybe little by little find its way across the pool. But after maybe one or two bumps it stops crossing the length of the pool. It only goes a short distance and then reverses again. We have had to move it around a lot ourselves. It moves by pushing water through the machine and that kicks up the dirt on the bottom of the pool, thus making it harder to vacuum up that dirt. You have to wait for the dirt to sink again then try again and find a way to not disturb it before it gets picked up. I am sad this didn’t work out for us

Battery does not last long
I have used this for several days now and the battery does not last more than 45 minutes each time. It is fully charged each time I start. Also it does not suck up much. The first time I used it I thought maybe it stopped because it was full but I opened it and it is about 1/8 full. It has been the same each time I use it. It is very sturdy and easy to clean - just wished the battery lasted longer and it picked up more. Maybe I have a bad battery. I will try to contact the company.
