*6 stars I Prefer this to $250 Keychron (one of the highest rated keyboards around)
I’ve had this keyboard for 5 years, after much abuse it’s finally decided to start having some issues. I’ve spilled stuff on it, accidentally sat on it, bending it, smacked the absolute crap out of it while gaming, I’ve really beat this thing up. 5 years it’s served me well. It still actually works! But the numlock keeps rapidly turning on and off on its own, and the battery is shot. I spent a good year not using it so I’m sure it drained completely. Prior to that I basically only used it to log in and then hopped into vr so it wasn’t used much daily.Anyways, I thought now that it’s time to get a new keyboard, I should join these mechanical keyboard folks! Sounds great right? Everyone says it’s the best! So I do some research, and found the keychron q1 he, supposedly the best keyboard around right now that has wireless HE. And while I must say, it’s certainly a premium product with a $250 price tag to match, I’ve already begun the return process and I’ve ordered another one of these. The keys feel so good imo. Most keyboard people hate on membrane keyboards, but man this one just feels good! It’s nice and poppy despite being membrane, I don’t feel any of the “squishiness” that I hear about regarding membrane. I feel like my key presses are instant, but tactile, and most importantly, I game on my couch, so my keyboard is on my lap, and this just works so damn good for that setup. So sorry $250 keychron, you guys make an amazing typing platform but it just doesn’t compare to the reliability, ease of use, and durability (I have never cleaned it once except for when I spilled on it.) that this keyboard has for literally 1/10th the cost. I’m sure if I was a typer I’d love that keychron, but I’m not, I’m a gamer, and this games great. Amazing product.

Best wireless keyboard I've tried, and excellent response from customer service!
I work from home and tried two other wireless keyboards that turned out to have poor performance. When I received it I connected to a charger to bring it to full charge as it only had three of four charge indicator lights showing. The charge light came on but never turned to red, even while I left it charging overnight it still had the red charge light on and three indicator lights.I figured maybe defective charge indicator but that it must have a full charge by then. I used it from Mid-February until a week into May, and the low charge indicator lit up. It was then I concluded that it was not capable of charging, and the return window at Amazon had expired.I contacted Airteck at the support email and received a reply the following day, apparently from the manufacturer in China. After confirming I tried the solutions offered with no results, I was advised they had shipped a replacement that should arrive in four days.I received it the following day! I immediately plugged it in to give it a full charge and about an hour and a half later the charge light had turned green, and it indicated full charge.I've used it three days this week for over 8 hours a day and it works flawlessly. Still shows full charge so I think it will last a very long time between charges. (The defective one worked for over two months on whatever charge it had when it shipped)I highly recommend this model HW192 keyboard. Has a two-year warranty and as I experienced, very responsive customer service. It is very quiet, and the key response never lags like the other one I tried. Also, it is a stainless-steel back with a very solid feel, and the rubber feet don't let it slide around on the desk.I chose it as I wanted a slim keyboard in order to preserve desk space, with reliable performance, and after wasting my money on two others found the best choice.Defects occur sometimes I know, as I work in sales and tech support for a manufacturer of tractor attachments and accessories, and the difference is how efficiently occasional issues are resolved.Airteck gets five stars in my opinion. Not a gamer so I didn't rate for that purpose.

Great Key Action and Performance
I've grown accustomed to a low-profile scissor-switch keyboard at work and wanted the same thing at home, but the manufacturer had discontinued the model I have and didn't offer anything comparable. I purchased this Arteck keyboard as an inexpensive placeholder until I could find something I liked and wanted to stick with, but much to my surprise I actually like it BETTER than my work keyboard. The keys are ultra-low profile, the switch action is perfectly responsive and not too clicky, and the keyboard is extremely lightweight and slim, which I prefer.Setup was quick and simple, the battery life has been great, and I haven't had any issues with lag or wireless connectivity - the connection has been stable and fast even when I'm working at top speed. The USB dongle is very small and doesn't protrude as much as others I've used, which is great because it's not sticking out from my laptop and constantly snagging things when I'm working in a tighter space. My only extremely small design note (not nearly to the level of a complaint) would be that I wish the keyboard had a place to clip the USB dongle when traveling.

The design is good, its my emergency keyboard.
I am editing my review due to my previous being false after I did some further testing. For some reason, it only has 2 feet range when used with my Raspberry Pi 4, but with my laptop it has 12+ feet range. I'm not sure why that is.Excluding that, it was bought as an emergency keyboard when my laptop's keyboard failed. It worked great for those purposes and is nice to keep around just in case I do need it again. I just wish it had a storage space for its dongle so that I don't have to tape the dongle onto the keyboard when its not in use.If the company has read my feedback, I suggested in an email that they add a space into the keyboard for storing the dongle. Much like the battery compartment in my Logitech mouse has an extra square hole in it to store the USB dongle that comes with it too.
