Arnica Montana is a great tool for clearing bruises. A few of these small pills easily dissolve under the tongue and really don’t have a taste. I’ve been a fan for many years!

This is my second purchase of this in the past month. Came in the same packaging as my first bottle.The product doesn't seem to dissolve as quickly/easily as the first bottle, or as effective for swelling. Seems like this takes 1-2 minutes to dissolve, opposed to 30 seconds or so like the first bottle. Otherwise, seems ok, but I feel the quality and effectiveness of the first bottle was a little better. Maybe just an off batch. I will order again, and definitely recommend.
