Outmate 6 pcs Aluminum D-ring Locking Carabiner Light but Strong

These are very useful, but I missed that they would not do the job they purchases for (my own mistake for not checking the loop size). I had purchased they to use in attaching bags to a buggy and/or car seats. They loop is a little small for this purpose, and is probably only large enough to fit on a belt loop of trousers (maybe the purpose of these is to attach your keys to a handbag or belt, but then why would you need 6 of them).

Excellent quality carabiners, ideal for general household and travel use but not rated for safety use. They're stamped "not for climbing" and on the other side they're marked as rated for 65kg. I can believe that 65kg figure as I've put one heck of a load on one as a test and it hardly flexed at all. Very nice feel to them.The action of the hinge is good. The locking sleeve moves up and down on a thread, which is a little rough and shows some slightly imperfect machining, but they all worked well and seem suitable for stopping accidental opening. The length along the flat side is approx 7.5cm.Overall I like the feel of these when you're handling them and they feel plenty strong enough for general use. Obviously I wouldn't want to hang off a mountain by them, but a great by nevertheless.

These have been used for bunches of keys at teched to a belt. They have fulfilled expectations but the threads have been a bit awkward at times sticking but this has not been too much of a problem due to what they are used for.

Came in a set of 6 rings. Useful for securing things to such items as a camera bag or rucksack. Or even a belt loop. Unlike the sprung versions of these rings, these close with both a spring and a screw lock - doubly secure. As both packaging and the links themselves state, don't even think of supporting a heavy load, let alone a person. These are not climbing D Rings! Great product at a very good price.

I am very pleased with these carabiners, after buying some others that turned out to be rubbish; and were returned for a refund, this Outmates brand have turned out to be a good and well finished product.I will admit to being apprehensive, as I thought that all these carabiners on Amazon were all from the same manufacturer, with different names on them, and therefore would all be the same quality, but no, they are of a totally different quality.

For the price they are good. Make great key rings but no good for anything too heavy.I had to file a bit of the fitting to allow it to close properly. Still good value.

Very lightweight aluminium carabiners. I travel a lot and often like to clip thing to the outside of my back for quick access, but am often concerned using carabiners with no screw lock as things may be un-clipped easily by accident or by an opportunist! Obviously not a concern with these.I'd strongly recommend to anyone looking for similar things to me from their carabiners.

They don't feel too strong To be honest.. alright for the price paid but I worry how much they'll hold up.
