I loved this product from the moment I received it. Beautiful, easy to use and convenient. Unfortunately, I've only used and washed it once (with no soaking of course), and the bamboo cover came straight off of the metal interior. I would have liked to reach out to customer service for this product, but I have looked and can't find it and can only just return the item instead. Very unfortunate lack of durability.UPDATE:Kozy has outstanding customer service, and reached out following my initial review! They fixed my issue with a replacement, and were tremendously helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely order again! The replacement tumbler is wonderful! Thank you Kozy!

I love this tumbler. Love love it . This is the best one . Others have slight differences . The inside of the top is metal and not plastic like others . The diffuser has a top , unlike others , very pretty and chic , fits my savy style . The bag it had is too cute too . I use For my detox teas when on the road and home and It was a great buy .

So disappointing because it's a great container but the the part that holds the loose leaf tea has a really bad chemical smell. I liked it so much that I tried to soak it several times but the smell is still there. Just thinking about adding hot water makes me think I would be drinking these chemicals. It's going back.

The customer service for this company is terrific. I received a defective tumbler & the bamboo casing separated from the metal thermos after several uses. I left an honest review of my dissatisfaction & shortly after I received a kind email from the company. They apologized for my bad experience & offered to send a replacement free.I have since used the replacement & not had any problems with it. I wasn't expecting. Keeps my coffee hot for hours & I am thankful to have the opportunity to use this product as designed. I definitely recommend getting this ( :

Absolutely love my tumbler. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a 'sip' top. So if you take it in the car, or anywhere mobile, you have to take the entire life off and drink from the big opening.

Bought for my daughter who loves drinking tea. She loves it.

I am really enjoying this cup. It keeps drinks warm and cold for hours. The deign is nice and the bamboo is very sleek and nice to look at.

I love this tumbler. It comes with everything you need for making tea on the go. I prefer loose leaf but you can also just use tea bags. It keeps the tea hot for a very long time.
