The bottle is very eye catching and something you want to try. It’s fancy looking. The smell is strong and smells like alcohol but it’s non alcoholic. The taste just wasn’t for me, I’m more on the sweeter taste. This is something my husband and his friends will drink as they like things that aren’t as sweet or less on the flavor. I know you can mix it with other drinks, but still didn’t hit the same.

The St. Ember is SO delicious it has a little bit of spice and the undertones are earthy with a hint of peat smoke. The flavor was very well developed and would be great on the rocks or mixed with something bubbly. I would definitely purchase this again and can't wait to try their other spirits!
