I normally take NAD+ supplements from another brand. I wanted to try this one and see if its better as it's the precursor of NAD+. I've been taking this for about a month and I haven't felt any effects from it. I normally expect clearer skin, energy boost, and decreased alcohol cravings. I will switch back to NAD+. It is possible the precursor works better for some people over others. This product does not have any taste, aftertaste (bulbs), nor does it give me an upset stomach.

The capsules smell clean and pure. As for effacacy, this will be dependent upon each person. Only a specific blood test will show for certain whether the product is efficacious. Barring that the product is a pure as shown on the label, this is a high quality supplement option.

Some supplements seem like not such a great value when you consider the quantity in the bottle to how many of them equals one serving. Plus, who likes standing there downing a handful of often large pills? Not me. The fact that this is a one-per-day serving suits me just fine, and the size of the capsule is very manageable. There is a lot of new research on the benefits of this supplement and of course we're all chasing the magic bullet, so I figured I'd give it a go. I've only been using it a short time, and the one thing I notice is definitely more energy and mental alertness. What I like about this supplement is that it also includes resveratrol and quercetin, both of which are powerful antioxidants in and of themselves, but which may also greatly improve the uptake of NAD and cellular protection. I can't speak as to the quality of the ingredients, but I do know there has been plenty written about these ingredients, and for me, this is a great combination at a decent price point. Recommended.

NAD seems to be one of the newer, it supplements when it comes to maintaining youth and other health benefits. The supplement comes in capsule form and is easy to swallow. What I can say is that so far, I have not noticed any negative side effects in taking this NAD supplement. It comes in a 90 day supply so I will continue taking and hope to see some benefits within that time.
