after a couple days of consistent use, the positive effects are apparent. Not 100% relief, but significant pain relief when performing certain activities. It may be somewhat uncomfortable at first, but after a couple of hours you barely notice it is on. Worth the price.

This type of design has worked much better than a compression sleeve for me, with less bulk. Its minimum and helps alleviate pain while I'm working. The price is reasonable. I def recommend!
