Taste really good (& I'm usually very fussy). They do help me wind down at the end of the night which is something I struggle with as ADHD night owl is quite severe. I'm on my second pouch of these now!

Very convenient gummies, great texture and flavour, value for money

Thought I’d try these because I take magnesium supplements but I’m not keen on tablets. They are only 3 calories each (recommended dose is 2 gummies a day) so don’t interfere with my diet. They taste lovely! Easy to carry and to pop one in your mouth if you are feeling a bit stressed or anxious. I’m sleeping better when taking them as well. I was expecting more of a wine gum texture but they are softer so I try to mindfully make them last in my mouth when I eat them.

They taste okay but they caused me to wake up more times in the night. They were worth a try but a very pricey mistake.

These have made my sleeps feel like mini comas. Amazing unless you need to get up really early in which case take one as opposed to two as it will feel like more of a struggle than usual, at least for me!

These seem to work really well. Always feel like i sleep better after taking them. Maybe a bit on the expensive side for the amount of magnesium, but much more pleasant to take than capsules.

honestly the gummy texture is so odd. There is no bounce to the texture. It is very "sandy" inside (not sure if it makes sense). Not overly sweet. But the texture of the gummy takes away the joy of chewing it. I just wanna quickly swallow it If texture is not a consideration for you or the experience of consuming is not important to you then go for it

Flavor of gummy is good and consistency is an opaque light purple, easy to chew. I recommend taking it a half hour or hour prior to when you want to fall asleep. I typically get into bed at 10:30pm and felt very drowsy in the morning during the week for work. Very effective with consistent sleep without waking up in middle of night.

The Trip Magnesium gummies are very delicious, just like candy, and, better yet, they deliver amazing benefits thanks to magnesium and other natural ingredients. I feel very relaxed, and at night I sleep very well after taking them. The package is very nice and neat, and I like that it helps the gummies to stay fresh! Great benefits, delicious for the price!

I bought these because I love the beverages TRIP has for relaxation so I thought I'd give these a try. And unfortunately this was a total waste of money because they gave me the worst stomach cramps, specially around my belly button and diarrhea. They look cute and taste good so I kept taking them for 3 days but I can not deal with the stomach pain it gives me so I will have to throw them away.

These are great and really help with getting to sleep. I only need to take one and it does the trick.
