This little (lipstick size) backup battery is perfect to revive a phone or small tablet that's running low on power. The device is compact and lightweight - easy to tuck into a purse or pocket. Particularly nice is that it comes with a small built in cable (bright orange) with a USB-C plug, so no additional accessories are needed to access the battery. The cable forms a leash that looks like it could be used as a wristlet handle for the battery unit - although I certainly wouldn't use in that fashion, since that would subject the cable to unnecessary additional stress. I can't imagine that that be good for the cable! The case of the charging unit also has a small built in kickstand. It seems not terribly sturdy and frankly feels a bit like an unecessary frill.This is not a high powered fast charger (although it IS tiny and light, there's that!), but it is well suited to tasks that take advantage of its small size and light weight. I.e., as a tool that you can keep with you all the time to rescue you when you need to call an Uber at the end of a long evening but the battery on your phone is getting scary low. Or you're out for an afternoon of reading in the park when your Kindle reader suddenly gives you the "low battery warning and you're just getting to the good part of your book...Tbe battery arrived with a partial charge (70%) and it took about an hour to restore it to a 100% charge.There is an orange digital display that shows the current charge level status of battery any time it is connected to an input source or an output device. This is much more helpful than a little I/O light.When I connected the battery to a Pixel 8 (starting point about 70%), it took approximatel 1.5 hr to bring the phone up to 100%, and this task used approximately 45% of the backup battery's capacity.All told, I would give it a thumbs up.

The charging bank is portable and easy to use. It has both a USB-C cable as well as a lightning port so it can charge both Android & iPhones, and any other chargeable devices with those ports. The iPhone port is on top which will require users to plug it into the bottom of the phone. It also has a kickstand in the back of it that you can use to keep it sitting upright. I used it to charge my Samsung Android phone from 12% to 100% and it still had 23% left over in the battery. The battery carries 5000 mAh charging power, so you can check that against your phone’s battery amount to see if it can fully charge your phone and, if not then how much it can charge it. What I like best about this charging bank is the small display which tells the EXACT percentage of battery life it has in it, that way you don’t have to guess how much juice is left in the internal battery, like in some other charging banks (like the 2 I had before I got this one). Overall, I would say this is a very good charging bank product, it portable, versatile since it has two types of charging ports and it clearly lets you know exactly how much power is in the internal battery.
