Love it makes my hair look and feel amazing

I’ve been using it for the past week and a half, I did noticed an immediate difference with the amount of hair that I shed(less) while I’m washing my hair or just simply styling it. It hasn’t been that long so I don’t know if it’s been helping to grow my hair. It also lathers really well.It has a sandalwood type of smell, which is not my favorite, but it’s fairly light.

after using this shampoo, my hair was soft and thicker than before and root was very strong ( even had volumn).You do not need conditioner if you use this shampoo

Thought this product was perfect after the first few washes. Smelled nice and made my hair feel soft. For reference I wash every other day, have naturally straight hair, with a bit of dandruff and on day three of no wash my scalp will get oily. Fast fwd, after about 4 uses of this product I started to see large amounts of hair loss, at first I thought it could be due to stress or color treatments but I've kept up my hair care so much since I bought this in the beginning of the month of September, it's now November and I can safely assume it's this product. Once I checked the reviews I realized that I'm experiencing what other customers have. I've found that my scalp is insanely dry, not much dandruff but the amount of itching has been intolerable. I purchased the product because I specifically wanted Korean hair care but it's just not working with me unfortunately.

I usually love this shampoo, but this time it was a bit of a letdown. The first time I ordered it, it was perfect, but this time, the shampoo leaked everywhere and the cap was super loose. And guess what? The shampoo residue from the leak was all over the other items inside the package. It’s a good product, but until the packaging is fixed, I’m not sure if I’ll order again. The image shows how much shampoo leaked. And who knows, maybe the heat in Florida caused it the bottle to expand, but I’m still a bit disappointed that there was so much product leaked.
