Great so far gets super hot in my sauna really fast also ! No issues with sounds, popping or ticking

If you look at the video , and have volume up you can hear it cracking and popping it’s kind of alarming …not so sure we trust this thing …update it is warm but as I said it makes noises .the seller has offered a full refund . So they do stand behind their product so I raised it up 2 stars

Had it just over a year and at first it did really well but we've only used it about 15 times and went to turn it on it to warm up the sauna and it turned on but it did not heat and it was on for about 20 to 30 minutes giving it time to heat up. Found no information about the seller or a way to contact the seller and really struggling to find a way to file a claim with asurion. Really frustrating.

It makes a ticking noise when it’s on that makes it sound like it’s a little cheaper. And when the coils turn on and off the unit makes a bang noise. It’s not the worst thing in the world but it’s not a high end sauna unit.Update: the company has reached out after I posted this review and offered a full refund and instructions about using the right kind of rocks so the unit doesn’t make a chopping noise. I have to say that is amazing costumer service! This is a great company!

This heater replaced a $1000 heater. We love it. It works great! We set it to 120F and it heats up our sauna to over 130F. We used our stones from our old heater. Definitely recommend.

This sauna was a great addition to our home gym. Had to add a larger breaker to our box for safety purposes. The sauna was very easy to install and works fantastic. Heats up in no time. Allows you to add essential oils and mix up your time while in the sauna. I think this product does exactly what it advertises and hasn't failed. It is very consistent and reliable. Would highly recommend it!

It is early days--we've been using it for only 10 days, but it was easy to install, is good looking, and heats efficiently and well. It is a replacement for a sauna heater that cost 3 times as much--and which only lasted a year. Two minor drawbacks to this model. 1) some people may find it is a bit noisy as it operates and 2) the instruction manual for installation is lousy and unhelpful. Fortunately, I found a video that helped a lot. Again, it is early days, but so far, we're happy.

Crapped out after a month of use. Kept tripping breaker. Had it professionally installed too! Terrible product.
