Pros. I like the way it dispenses ice or water continuously until you hit the button to stop.ConsVery loud, the instructions are not very user friendly for cleaning. There was a funny taste to the ice and water after a week of using it. I only used filtered water in it. The customer service number that was on owners manual was disconnected and the number on their website went straight to a generic voicemail. I didn't spend that much on a machine to not have a customer service that works properly. Sending it back!

Update: died after 4 months. Says ice is full and won't make ice. Only used bottle water.Can't hook to a waterline because it will over fill it. The instructions say only zero pressure water. And no level gauge either so good luck on that. Also spills ice on the floor Everytime it rotates the ice. Yes it has a catch tray but when ice falls about 10 inches it bounces off the tray into the floor. The buttons to pour the water or ice are push on and the push again for off. So parents good luck with that. If this was in the description I missed it or I would have moved on to the next option. Very poor design and functionality. It does make ice. Will not buy again

It is the most loudest thing I've ever heard it's supposed to be quiet even shows you a picture of a lady sleeping it is so far from the truth but other than that I love the ice and crushed ice it makes put earplugs in if you buy one

I just unpacked my ice maker and it looks like it has been used. There are dents all over it and paint on the cord. It's is very loud and there is no way to see how much water is in the tank. It has leaked water out of the bottom of it all over my new counter and need wood flooring. So I guess I will have to return it and try a different brand.

Leaks out of box doesnt grind ice jusy shaves it if you put it in a shaver also ice melts in holder just trash

We received the product well packed and in good condition. We got it set up and turned on with water and it immediately began popping water out of the side vents. Got that stopped, cleaned everything up. Checked connections and to make sure we hadn't missed any packing material etc... Tried again and again it immediately began pouring water from the vents. I'll try to upload the video. Contacted Amazon and requested a return as it is obviously defective.
