Definitely love these
Great quality along with taste. So far it’s been only 5 days of taking these and hoping to see good results from it. Great ingredients and these are easy to use. For adults we take 2 of these and for kids only 1

Barely any magnesium
Read the nutrition label! This is only 70 mg of magnesium and 17% daily value. These will not do anything.

First Try
I had high hopes based on all the reviews. It does make you sleepy. However, I’m experiencing similar effects I’ve had before of taking a magnesium supplement hours before bed. It’s like my body gets lit up and the reverse of relaxation happens. A bit restless even. The taste is fine, but nothing to write home about.
