Just started with this product. The taste was true to flavor. It really did help with those mid-morning cravings. I just added it in my bottle water. So it was really easy to use. Looking to see if it works over time.

Great taste and keep me hydrated
I love this supplement and have it almost everyday when I’m at the gym. Great taste and keeps me hydrated. Not sure about curbing the cravings but I still like it and will continue to use it.

This truly has curbed my cravings. I cannot put them macarons down!! Or chocolate satin pudding the edwards one ? 🥲🥲🫠lawd. It keeps me feeling hydrated and not craving what I usually do. Love this stuff

Basic electrolyte pouch. No cravings were killed.
Just okay. Doesn’t taste great, doesn’t taste bad. Tropical flavor. Overhyped by social media to be honest. Did not curb cravings, but I’m sure I did get electrolytes from it. Didn’t notice a difference in how I felt from it.
