Nice and comfortable to wear, good quality . Arrived a little squashed but it soon bounced back into shape .

Brought this so I can sleep on my side when I got fresh ear piercings, it's great. the memory foam is strong but soft with lots of support, it feels really soft too. Great value for money as I'm a side sleeper and it helps a lot to keep pressure off my piercings.

I bought this as a same day delivery for a very early airplane journey, hoping to catch some sleep in the plane. As soon as I sat down I put it around my neck and fell asleep before the plane even took off. I slept through the entire flight and when we landed relatively roughly, I jolted awake and let out a little scream, making the passangers next to me laugh, so I'd say it did it's job very well.The pillow is nice and soft, fits in a small carry bag that it folds into and stays wrapped around your neck with a simple button at the front. My one critisism would be that I would have liked a little bit of a thicker area behind my neck for extra support, but overall it's a great product.

The velvet-like material is soft to the touch but though I have never used one of these pillows before, I expected it to be softer with more "give". In the end I decided not to take it on my flight as couldn't imagine it being comfortable.

Perfect for the jobGood quality

Having seen another review mentioning the same issue, I took a chance, hoping it was a one-off. Unfortunately, as soon as I unpackaged the pillow I found mould inside the cushion. Absolutely unacceptable! I can’t imagine using this for a 12-hour flight around my neck.
