This book is a life saver!
This book is amazing! I thought I wasn’t going to be able to have any food with flavor when I started on the AIP diet, and these recipes are very yummy! I’m a total beginner in the kitchen and these recipes were very easy to follow. Highly recommend if you are doing AIP and want tasty food.

Great recipes which are pretty easy to follow and taste good too.Helpful in getting started on an elimination diet for auto immune and other diseases

Hope and excited for living with autoimmune
I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's and was so overwhelmed when I started looking into the autoimmune protocol diet. After reading this beautiful cookbook, I feel so hopeful and truly excited about the future of food for me and my family. It feels like the capsule wardrobe of the kitchen. I've struggled to be appetized by food for some time now and reading through the recipes, every single one sounds so delicious, like it's just what my body needs. Thank you for this!

Not For Me
I do personal chef work for someone that has special dietary needs. I thought this would help. It's a little too fru fru for most people. Odd ingredients that are hard to find.

Godsend
Started AIP without much time to prepare week one was miserable and I had no idea what to cook. This book has so many phenomenal recipes and is so easy to follow. Makes this big life change a lot easier!

Must have for autoimmune
This is a fantastic book! I highly recommend it for people with autoimmune diseases who think they can never have anything good to eat. It has amazing recipes!

I don't understand any of the low ratings!
I've just received this wonderful recipe book; therefore, I haven't tried the recipes yet. But, I have an intuitive ability to know what ingredients and flavors will work well together. And, these are very good recipes that I'm excited to try. There were complaints by other reviewers about certain obscure or esoteric ingredients required. There are some different starches called for, especially in the baked goods. Something has to replace wheat flour. But, I'm so HAPPY to find a recipe for rosemary and thyme Focaccia!!! and turmeric tortillas!!! And, there's a recipe for dairy-free zucchini cheese!!! I've given up eating so many of the goodies I enjoy that I'm really delighted for the opportunity to try out the obscure ingredients required in order to create replacements. The information on the AIP is short and contained at the beginning of the book. The rest is recipes, some with pictures and a few without. So, I also don't understand the complaints about there not being enough pictures. This is a great book.
