I received the plate as a gift. I’m still working on a routine. I have RLS and RA. So I use it for my legs and body pain. I normally use it in the evening before bed and put it on a higher speed just to vibrate my legs really well. It also seems to help with my other aches and pains. Love how it’s nice and sturdy. Suction cups to the floor.. very fun to use. Great for smaller spaces. Great Vibration Plate.

Already not working properly Can't adjust speed

Good quality, stable, easy set up, definitely effective for lymphatic drainage and toning even after and one use; however I’m still learning best practices, power controls and body positioning that work best for me due to inner ear issues and motion sickness. I was nauseated within 8 minutes standing upright. I really want this to work so I’m going to give it some time and I’ll provide an updated review on whether I need to return it. Update: After using the vibration plate every day for a couple weeks, and adjusting standing positions so my head doesn’t shake, I am keeping the item. However, I recommend starting out slowly (2 minutes increments) and on low speeds so your body adjust accordingly, and then gradually increase up to 10 to 20 minutes. Note: I experienced itchy skin and rash (eczema) which I understand can be triggered using a vibration plate, and predominantly with individuals that have high histamine level's as myself.
