Product was a disappointment.
Advertised as a 16oz cup. The box it was shipped in states it is a 14.5oz cup. This is an insulated cup with lid to keep beverage hot. Forestry Labs says its 16oz without lid…. Who buys an insulated cup and doesn't used the lid. Description should accurately state its a 14.5oz mug. Lid came apart after 1 week; the stainless ring around the top comes off every time you try to take it off to fill or clean mug. Product was a disappointment.
