Recommended by my midwife in the UK. Excellent book. Very easy to read, enjoyable, and easy to understand.A few of the exercises were a bit "out there" but in general extremely helpful in preparing for birth and understanding so many things about the female body and babies!Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant! A bit old fashioned at times in the way it's written but this book helped me have the perfect birth and I think it's great. Practice the techniques as often as you can and read the book over and over and you will become more and more confident. I had the best birth ever. Hypnobirthing all the way!

Arrived quickly and has some good techniques that are easy to understand, although there is a lot of information so I’d recommend also doing a course alongside reading this book.

Recommended book by NHS Belfast - easy and quick to read and whilst hypnobirthing didn’t happen for me in the end due to necessary med. intervention, the teachings in this book certainly helped me to remsin zen like throughout a tough 22 hour induced labour.

I haven't had my baby yet and am only half way through reading this, but I'm really enjoying it. My husband is reading it simultaneously. Has a really positive feel to it and even if things don't go to plan for my delivery it has definitely helped me to have a more stress free pregnancy. Great for anyone wanting to explore a more natural approach to birthing.

I love this book gave so much confidence and answered a lot of questions. Wish I'd known you have to buy the relaxation CD also so I wouldn't make 2orderes but it is worth it. Strongly recommend it even if you are not a first time mum

Fab book, lovely read and very informative. Would be better of it came with a CD as some do but I just go on YouTube and find my own!

Reassuring to read when I was pregnant, but in practice it didn’t work alone and the book really tries to sell you into paying for 1to1 tuition which is incredibly expensive
