I didn’t think an expensive salt would be as good as it actually is.I tried it and after a few weeks I noticed I was stopping running to the toilet as the water was holding into my body and not falling right through me literally. Feeling a lot better on it and it’s got a different taste to regular salt but it’s nice !It looks wet or damp when you open the packaging but it isn’t it’s just natural salt
