Don't waste your money on this book
I wouldn't bother wasting money on this book, the idea of restricted calories and low fat diet is its basic principle. It seems to have been co written by original author's daughter and I wonder if this might have changed the original idea? At any rate, suggesting eggwhite only meals or adding skimmed milk powder to boost protein intake doesn't really suggest anything like the title claim. The author died age 80 so that also doesn't inspire confidence.
